The Woman’s Group Offers State Of The Art Patient Care

The Woman’s Group was founded in 1998 with the mission to provide high-quality obstetrics and gynecological care while educating patients in a compassionate and personable manner. This mission has led the group to be selected the best OB-GYN practice in the Tampa Bay area by the Florida Medical Business Journal, a title they are honored to have in the community.
The practice opened a new location in Riverview this past February because it saw the potential for growth in the area.
“The office will soon be opening a pathology lab that will serve all four of The Woman’s Group’s locations,” said Practice Manager Rebecca Coker. “Patients in Riverview will also have access to medically supervised weight loss programs starting this summer, along with nutritional and skin care products.”
Dr. Jennifer Sanchez-Ru
ssell is the senior doctor on staff at the Riverview location. She is a board certified member of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She is a member of both the American and the Florida Osteopathic Association. Sanchez-Russell got her B.A. in biology from Johns Hopkins University and then obtained her Doctor of Osteopathy from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Sanchez-Russell’s osteopathic background gives her patients a well-rounded and more holistic approach to medical care. She is thrilled to be a part of the Riverview community with the new location.
