Having a hard time reaching us by phone? We are experiencing phone problems as we implement the new Electronic Medical Records system. Callers may press zero for the operator if the issue is regarding an appointment today or the need for immediate assistance.
Please use this alternate way to access your office for now: Please submit your message by using the online appointment request form which has a note/message field in the bottom to write out your communication, question, or message. You can chose which office you are reaching with a message and/or to request an appointment at any one of our 4 locations. We expect the overall implementation process to take several weeks to complete. While we are so excited to utilize the latest technology in health care management to enhance and improve patient care, communication, access to personal health data, and reduce wait times in our offices, we ask for patience as we learn to navigate the new system. You may experience delays in offices and in replies over the next few weeks as new technology does have a learning curve.
