Whether you just had a C-section or any other type of surgery, you are concerned about the look of the resulting scar when the healing process is complete.  Our doctors understand that it is important for women to minimize the unsightly effects of a scar, no matter where it is located.  Because of this, they have researched  available products and recommend Embrace Scar Therapy, a topical silicone gel used by leading plastic surgeons.  Many of our patients who have undergone a C-section or other surgery have found that this product works exceptionally well at fading  scars.  Although we recommend that the product be used during the healing process, Embrace Scar Therapy works on old scars as well.
